Can I buy supplies in bulk?
Absolutely. We offer wholesale pricing on grow media (clay pellets, coco coir, rockwool), nutrients, lighting components, and other supplies for commercial growers. Contact us for bulk order inquiries.
What kind of grow lights do you recommend?
Our lighting specialists can help you choose between LED, HPS, CMH, and fluorescent options based on your space size, plant types, and budget. We carry energy-efficient full-spectrum LEDs for all growth stages.
Do you offer delivery?
We provide local delivery within the Okanagan Valley for large orders. Smaller items can be shipped across BC via Canada Post or freight carriers. Contact us for delivery estimates.
What's your return policy?
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with receipt. Electrical items and nutrients require manufacturer authorization for returns due to safety regulations.
Do you price match?
We'll match any Canadian retailer's advertised price on identical in-stock items. Just show us the listing when you visit our store.
What are your winter hours?
Our hours may vary seasonally - please check our website or call ahead during winter months. We're typically open 7 days a week with extended spring/summer hours.
